This app will generate an LTI tool URL. You can use this URL as an LTI Placement in the LMS. Follow these steps:

1. Enable apps.dataii.com as a provider domain: Administrator Panel -> LTI Tool Providers
2. First time users, generate key and secret for your system: register LMS
3. Create a placement: Administrator Panel -> LTI Tool Providers -> Manage Placements
